Drag a row to change the order, Edit to change a name, role or scope, Retask to set the standing instruction — each writes through /api/software/* into the audited store, and each reports its own HTTP result rather than assuming success. Instructions are append-only history, so you always see what was ordered, by whom, when. Message counts and last-active come from the Buzz relay (22 real messages from 3 identities in the software channel, read Today 23:37 UTC). Bot Mode shows “Not built” because that is the truth.
Reviewer must never be the executor (§7.5). 0 of 27 work items in the Software work graph have the same principal as owner and reviewer. Every item currently routes to an independent reviewer (Jane or Mechanical QA).
